If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, we have an exchange or refund within 14 days policy. This commences from the delivered date. After that, we are unable to refund or exchange your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept returns of used or damaged goods.
To return your order, all item(s) be in its original packaging including delivery box, eyewear case, eyeglasses cloth, protection plastic bag, and temple plastic protective sleeves (protects temples from scratching the lenses).
Return shipping is free when returning an item for exchange. Items can be exchanged for other items providing it is in stock. Please send the return with your local post via standard recorded delivery. Your selected item will be delivered to you via standard shipping once we have received the returned item and has passed the requirements.
On receiev the exchanged item, please notify us and we will refund the return shipping charges to you. Failure to meet the returns policy an any other shipping methods used other than the stated will not be refunded and your original item will be returned to you with shipping charges.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All orders can only be returned for exchange or refund once.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item within the 14 days return policy. If you need to process an exchange, please first send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and then prepare and send your item to:

You will not be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item for exchange. Please use only your local post via the standard recorded delivery. Once you have received your exchange order, please notify our customer service team with official receipt of your shipping costs and we will process the refund to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Customers are solely responsible for the insurance and damage protection of the goods to be returned and should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance whereby Black Optics Ltd will not be liable for lost and damage of the returning goods as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Should you choose for other express shipping companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS etc, we will not be responsible for the costs for these types of shipping companies.
A refund can be requested within the 14 days return policy. In the case that a refund is requested, the cost of shipping and any import/export fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Black Optics Limited. For orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer, will be refunded to the original account. All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Free shipping in any country. Delivery time may vary due to customs inspection, postal workload, the complexity of the type of lens ordered etc. However, we usually ship out within 7 working days. Any applicable international customs duties or taxes are payable by the customer.
If your order is not deliverable to you by the courier due to an incorrect shipping address or non-collection, or is not claimed by you from your local post office or courier dispatch centre, and is subsequently returned to us, a re-delivery fee will apply.
If your frames are returned to us as a result of you not accepting your delivery, we will re-deliver, however, there will be a fee equivalent to the re-delivery cost and will be deducted from your account or original method of payment prior to despatch. Should you choose not to have your order re-delivered, the original shipping costs and any other incurred charges for your country will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal account/bank account/contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
