If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the goods receive date. If 30 days have gone by since your receive, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including delivery box, eyewear case, eyeglasses cloth and protection plastic bag. Return shipping is free when returning an item for exchange. Items can be exchanged only with the same Item code is available. Please send the return with your local post via the basic delivery. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is returned a second time, the compensation will be for refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will not responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item with your local post via the basic delivery. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the case that a refund is requested, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the Client. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Black Optics Ltd. For orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account. All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Delivery time may vary due to customs inspection, postal workload etc. Any applicable international customs duties or taxes are payable by the customer. If your order is not deliverable to you by the courier due to an incorrect shipping address or non-collection, or is not claimed by you from your local post office or courier dispatch center, and is subsequently returned to us, a re-delivery fee will apply. If your frames are returned to us as a result of you not accepting your delivery, and you choose not to have them re-delivered, an admin fee equal to that of the re-delivery fee for your country will be deducted from your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
